Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before the product is delivered. After the product is delivered, orders may not be canceled.

Steps to Cancel

To cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected]. We will process your request as soon as possible.

Refunds

If your order is canceled before the product is delivered, we will refund the money to your original account. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the date of cancellation.

Exceptions

Orders that were purchased using CARD1U credit may not be canceled.
